WIND and rain have brought down trees this morning, causing problems across Hampshire.
A 300-year-old oak tree came down this morning blocking the drive to the Burley Manor Hotel.
As the tree crashed down, it also brought down power cables and damaged the roof of the lodge.
On the A35 at near Rhinefield, a huge tree blocked the road completely, forcing drivers to turn around and head back to try and find an alternative route.
Workers are on the scene attempting to remove the tree from the carriageway, which has been blocked in both directions.
Another tree also came down at Emery Down, although it has now been cleared.
